1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them. This policy explains which cookies ahmudulhasan.com (the “Site”), run by Mohammad Ahmudul Hasan (“I”, “me”), uses and how you can control them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
2. Your choices
When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you Accept, Reject or set Preferences. Non-essential cookies (statistics and session insights) are not set unless you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Where technically possible, the Site treats a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a refusal of non-essential cookies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site may not work.

Strictly necessary (always on). These are needed for the Site to work, keep it secure and remember your cookie choice. They do not need consent.

Third-party embeds. The booking calendar on /contact/ is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies (for example for security, load balancing and remembering preferences) when the calendar loads. The Calendly embed is loaded according to your cookie choices; if it is blocked, you can still book through the direct link https://calendly.com/ahmudulhasan. See Calendly’s cookie notice for details. Links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp do not set cookies on this Site, but those services may set cookies once you visit them.
Email. The checklist and newsletter emails may contain links with tracking parameters and an open-tracking pixel from MailerLite so that I can see whether emails are delivered and used. You can block images in your email client to prevent open tracking.

I may update this policy when the Site’s cookies change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
