I’m Ahmudul Hasan. I build brands that sell.
I’m a brand and commercial growth strategist based in Dhaka. For about 10 years I’ve worked inside beauty, retail and digital businesses, turning ideas into products, products into brands and brands into revenue.
I started in the commercial trenches: B2B sales and marketing at Global Village International and HNS Group, then running pay-per-click campaigns remotely for LightHouse Graphics in the US. That taught me to look at the numbers before anything else.
In beauty, starting at Skin Cafe, I learned how the category really works in Bangladesh: shelf, price, influencer, repeat. Then, at Q Cosmetics, I led brand development for four beauty brands launched there: Nature Beauty, Quinsia, QLuxury and Qolore. Working with the wider team, that meant positioning, formulation briefs, OEM sourcing meetings in China, packaging, launch, distribution and the teams to run it.
Brand names belong to their owners and are mentioned to describe my past roles. No endorsement implied.
Today I bring that operator experience to brands that want to enter Bangladesh or grow here, as an independent consultant, fractional head of growth and trainer.

- Commercial before creative. Every brand decision has to make sense on the P&L.
- Distribution is strategy. A great brand nobody can buy is a hobby.
- Small team, senior attention. You work with me directly, not a junior team.
- Straight answers. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you to someone who is.
